About this festival
A three-day jazz festival featuring a number of bands on several stages in beautiful La Crosse, WI, a green-valley, scenic town between 600-foot bluffs on the Mississippi River, with plenty of hotels and restaurants. Selected for their level of musicianship, performers from all over the U.S. play Swing, New Orleans, big band, solo piano, Blues, and modern jazz, but always Jazz! Food, beer and wine, late-night jam sessions, Green Bay Packers box seats tix raffle, silent auction, CDs, merchandise vendors. Next festival is August 14-16, 2009.
