Florida Agriculture & Wildlife Expo

This 2nd annual community event at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport features live music, livestock exhibits and shows, competitions, a Farmers Market, agricultural educational sessions, Kids Zone activities, fine arts exhibits, carriage and hay rides, pony rides, a horticulture show, quilt show, dog adoption event, arts and crafts, food vendors, games and Dreamland Amusements midway rides for all ages. The Friday schedule includes a BBQ Cook-Off (6 pm) and Prospect Steer Show (7 pm). Saturday's lineup features the Open Horse Show and Obstacle Challenge (10 am); Bay Area Bandits Mounted Shooting Club Jackpot (4:30 pm); and a Country Western Dance with Terry Cole & The Honky Tonk Hitmen (7 pm). Sunday's festivities include a car show (10 am); Open Youth Goat Show (10 am); Rescue Dog Show & Costume Contest (12 pm); and the Mutton Bustin' Contest (3 pm). Expo hours are 10 am - 10 pm Friday - Saturday, and 10 am - 6 pm Sunday at 16479 Runway Drive. Admission is $5 for ages 13 and older, $3 for ages 6-12, and free for ages 5 and younger (cash only for gate entry). Ride hours are 4-10 pm Friday, 12-10 pm Saturday, and 12-6 pm Sunday. Unlimited ride wristbands are $25. Ride tickets are also available for $1.50 each, $25 for 20 tickets, and $50 for 50 tickets plus 1 free ride. Rides take at least 3 tickets each.
