Seventh Annual Rogers Park Harvest Celebration Neighborhood-s Favorite FREE Fall Fest Fills Park with Family Fun WHAT: Howard Street Special Service Area (SSA) #19, Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) and Chicago Park District (CPD) along with participating local businesses and community organizations invite residents, friends and neighbors to celebrate the changing of the seasons at this annual autumn extravaganza with free fun and games for the family!
