About this festival

This annual event hosted by the Toronto Aerospace Museum is intended to bring a unique heritage and historically rich family event to Toronto in order to create a larger awareness for the museum, the city of Toronto and the province. In the past we have used major aviation landmarks as themes for the event; this year's theme will be the hundred years of powered flight in Canada. A broad range of aircraft and vehicles will be arranged on display and more 'fly-in' visitors from all over Canada and the USA will be encouraged. Located at Downsview Park in a history de Havilland Canada aircraft manufacturing building and former Canadian Forces Airplane Hanger, the Wings & Wheels Heritage Festival features many displays including a full scale replica of the Avro Arrow, a WWII Lancaster Bomber, Vingtage Cars and Motorcycles and more.
