The 16th Annual Riverside Juneteenth Celebration Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Bordwell Park-Stratton Community Center, 2008 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Riverside, CA, from 12 to 6:00 pm. The celebration commemorates the start of Juneteenth in Galveston, Texas 2 ? years after the issuance of the Emancipation Proclamation. General Order #3 was announced.
