The Fairfield Stags (6-17) will host the MAAC-leading Iona Gaels (18-6) tomorrow night (Tuesday, February 10th) at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, CT, a rescheduled conference matchup which was postponed on February 2 due to wintry weather conditions. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM.
Iona is perched on top of the MAAC with an 11-2 in-conference record, while the Stags are 4-9 in conference play.
The Gaels have won five in a row, while head coach Sydney Johnson-s squad looks to snap a six-game losing streak.

Despite the skid, the Stags leading scorer Marcus Gilbert (Smyrna, DE/Academy of New Church) has taken his game to another level. The junior forward, lifting his scoring average to 16.8 ppg on 46 percent shooting, has put together a 30 point barrage (25 in second half) in the overtime loss to Rider, followed by a 28 point onslaught at St. Peters. Gilbert has been atop the Stags- leader-board in 18 contests, including seven straight and 11 of 12. Freshman Tyler Nelson (Bradford. MA/Central Catholic), the two-time MAAC Rookie of the Week, has contributed 8.4 ppg. Fairfield-s ?Chairman of the Boards? Amadou Sidibe, the Bronx product from Cardinal Hayes, is averaging 7.5 rpg, and paced the Stags in 12 contests.
