The Belmont Sidewalk Fine Arts Festival takes place March 28-29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in Belmont-s Carlmont Village Shopping Center, an intimate venue at the corner of Ralston Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas on the Peninsula, south of San Francisco featuring 25 artists.
