EMPIRE CITY CASINO THIRD ANNUAL HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTINGON SATURDAY NIGHT, NOVEMBER 29; FESTIVITIES BEGIN AT5:00 PM; LIGHTS GO ON AT 6:15 PM Yonkers, NY?Empire City Casino and the Rooney Family will get into the holiday spirit early when it hosts its Third Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 29, with the festivities beginning at 5:00 PM in front of the casino-s Main Entrance (Grand Victorian Hall) off of Central Park Avenue (at the General Parking Entrance). It will be a holiday family affair with Free Admission for children and adults alike, and will feature Victorian Carolers, complimentary hot chocolate, cookies, and candy canes for all, and a special gift for children 12 and under. The official tree lighting will proceed promptly at 6:15 PM. As part of its Coat and Toy Drive, new, unwrapped toys, and new or gently worn coats will be accepted for families in need, and distributed through Catholic Charities.
