Winter Springs Festival of the Arts - ARToberFEST

The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce (OWSRCC), in conjunction with presenting sponsor, Bright House Networks, and the City of Winter Springs, continues to show its support for the arts at the Seventh Annual Winter Springs Festival of the Arts, set to take place on Saturday, October 18, 2014 through Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the Winter Springs Town Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Winter Springs Festival of the Arts brings in a new German twist creating ARToberFEST. ARToberFEST will bring in an assortment of food including true German feasts, tasty German beer and a wide selection of musical talent including rock, jazz, German bands and accordion acts. Confirmed musical acts include Mud Rooster, Make Shift, Sweet Bea and the Boys, Sanford Jazz ensemble and Jimmy B, an accordionist. The festival will consist of artwork by 100 artists from across the nation, a student art and senior art tent along with a new section of high school and college artists fresh to the scene. Our kids area will have a wide variety of activities from local kid-oriented businesses for the little ones to enjoy. Admission is free for the whole family.
