Chicago Summerfest....in Lincoln Park This two-day summer festival features live music, an upscale art show, great food and drink and a family area for the kids. Chicago Summerfest brings together 25,000 of Chicago-s movers and shakers. This event is one that attendees- love and participants love more! Showcase offerings from some of Lincoln Park-s finest eateries. Our artisans will showcase some of the finest works of art ever seen at a neighborhood festival. The art show will line the Cultural Center-s property, extending our venue into one of Chicago Park District-s prime locations. Mid-North Association was established in 1950, the Mid-North Association (MNA) is one of Lincoln Park-s oldest volunteer community groups. Bordered by Armitage Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, Fullerton Avenue and Lincoln Park West, much of the Mid-North neighborhood was officially designated a Landmark District by the City of Chicago in 1977. Come out and take part in this once a year festival for a simple $5 donation. June 20th and 21st at 2000 N. Clark Street @ Armitage. Saturday Noon to 10 pm and Sunday 11am to 9 pm.
