The Heritage Days Carnival, sponsored by the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce, promises home-town, end-of -summer family fun! Scheduled in conjunction with the annual Heritage Days Festival, the carnival runs from September 5 -7 in Leiseberg Park, 325 E. Devon in Bartlett.
