About this festival
Moab Celtic Festival "Scots on the Rocks" Utah's newest celtic festival will be held at the Old Spanish Trail Arena November 7th, 8th, and 9th. Through out the weekend there will be pipe bands,highland dancing, heavy altheltics,clans,and various vendors. Everyone of celtic heritage and those who want to be.. are encouraged to come out and have fun. Times and schedule of events will be available soon, so stay tuned.
