About this festival
The City of Scottsdale and the Downtown Merchants Association present Holiday Harmony, happening December 7, 2013. This year the event will take place on the streets of Old Town off of Main and Brown Road from 3p.m. to 8p.m. The event offers free family fun consisting of snow, live entertainment, visits with Santa, crafts and fireworks.
