About this festival
Downtown Arts Crawl sponsored by Lancaster County Council of the Arts includes thirteen galleries, studios, shops, cafes, and arts agencies. Costume contests, prize drawings, food & beverage, live music at four locations. Special Effects make-up and wild hair styles "on-the-spot" & end the night with a Carn-Evil party at the historic Springs House.
