About this festival
The Giving Project (TGP) was founded in 2009 by syndicated radio personality, Frankie Wilson. It began as a series of radio segments aimed at inspiring others to give more of themselves. Since then, The Giving Project engages in various projects across the nation that meet domestic and educational needs through Divine leadership and corporate community involvement.
On Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 6pm The Giving Project will be hosting an event to help raise funds that will go to benefit victims from the Moore, Oklahoma tornadoes, the West, Texas plant explosion and help fund our annual Thanksgiving dinner give-away. There will be local and national non-profit organizations present to give you an opportunity to give or to give directly to everyone that comes. There will also be a free concert with local Christian artist.
