About this festival
Old City Seaport Festival kicks off Friday, October 11 with a majestic parade of boats along Penn's Landing followed by two days of deck and river tours aboard Tall Ships and music, food and maritime fun for the whole family. Visitors can come dressed as their favorite pirate for the Pirate Battle Sail, where the tall ships stage a mock battle on the river, on Saturday, October 12 that is sure to rock the Philadelphia Seaport. The Festival comes to a close on Sunday, October 13 with a beautiful sunset sail when the Tall Ships parade the river.
The Old City Seaport Festival will be held rain or shine on Friday, October 11, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Saturday, October 12, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Penn's Landing Independence Seaport Museum ('ISM') located at 211 S. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19106.
