The historic Grand Central Oyster Bar, celebrating 100 years throughout 2013, will throw its "Grand Centennial Celebration" birthday party on Friday, April 19. A seafood and prime rib buffet are among the highlights of the evening, which will include a demonstration by Executive Chef Sandy Ingber. Menu features delicacies from the sea, prime rib and "Linguini and White Clam Sauce" with TV host Sara Moulton. The 10 millionth oyster in Oyster Bar history will also be consumed.
