20th Annual New Jersey State Chili and Salsa Cook-off

The only state sanctioned International Chili Society event in New Jersey! Winners advance directly to the ICS World's Championship. The festival offers something for everyone, with chili and salsa tasting, live musical entertainment, vendors, crafters, eating contests for the adventurous, and more! The event kicks off with a parade down Washington Street celebrating the winners from the previous year and signaling the start of the cook-off.
