BIOS OF CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS (as of 10/9/08):
Dr. Alberto Villoldo is a Cuban American medical anthropologist and
psychologist who has studied and practiced shamanism in the Andes and the
Amazon for more than two decades. His books include Courageous Dreaming,
Shaman, Healer, Sage, The Four Insights, and Dance of the 4 Winds: Secrets
of the Inca Medicine Wheel.
Daniel Pinchbeck is the best-selling author of 2012: The Return of
Quetzalcoatl and Breaking Open the Head. He is the Editor of Reality
Sandwich and is featured prominently as a leader in the new counter-culture
movement.
John Major Jenkins is an independent researcher who has devoted himself to
reconstructing ancient Mayan cosmology and philosophy. Featured in the New
York Times Magazine, John has authored or contributed to dozens of books
including Maya Cosmogenesis 2012 and The Mystery of 2012.
James O'Dea is the President of the prestigious Institute of Noetic
Sciences, an active member of The World Wisdom Council and has essays
published in numerous magazines and books including The Mystery of 2012 and

Sharron Rose, MA.Ed, is an author, filmmaker and Fulbright Senior Research

Dr. James V. Hardt is the author of The Art of Smart Thinking

over 30 patents for the core technology, headset, training methodology and

life to the research and development surrounding brain wave training.
Dr. Christine Page, known as a mystical physician, has over 30 years of
experience in the caring professions as medical doctor and homeopath.
Receiving her medical degree from London University, she now focuses on
education and is a gifted intuitive and mystic who shares her insights and
knowledge through teaching, soul readings and writing. As an international
speaker, she sees herself as a messenger and bridge builder between

Rick Levine is a renowned astrologer, astrological scholar, author, an
active voice in the global Astrology community, a presenter of seminars
around the world, and has a special gift for bridging the gaps between
Astrology and spirituality, science and religion, and the head and the
heart.
Mike Bara, co-author with Richard Hoagland of the New York Times best-seller
Dark Mission: Secret History of NASA, brings his experience as an aerospace
engineer in tetrahedral physics to the Conference and its connection to the
11:11 phenomenon, and ultimately its connection to the Mayan Calendar.
Shanti Shivani, an internationally acclaimed Singer of Sacred Music, Nada
Yogini and Sound Healer, is one of the few Western pioneers bringing the
sacred traditions of Nada Yoga and Dhrupad, the most ancient style of
Hindustani Classical Music, to the West. Since 1981 she has been a disciple
of the esteemed Dagar family, masters of Dhrupad. She has been leading
workshops internationally since 1986 and performing and recording Dhrupad
vocal music and World Fusion Music since 1993. Shanti is currently living in
Eugene, Oregon.
Dwight Loop has been composing and performing electronic music since 1979,
as a solo performer, groups (Tropozone, Tone Pharaoh, Universe 1221, Zeta
Reticuli, ArtIsIndustry Orchestra, Mitochondria). Loop was founder and
president of New Music New Mexico, Inc., a non-profit new music presenting
organization from 1981-1986 and creator of the NEA-funded "Concentration
Music Series." Loop also received grants from the NEA and New Mexico Arts
Commission for many "new music" public radio series. Dwight currently is
special projects director at Cobalt Sun Gallery in Sausalito, CA with
founder and light artist Lynn Augstein, and is currently curator of the
Synapse Electronic Arts Series (2005-2007) at Cobalt Sun and Grace Cathedral
in San Francisco.
Ariel Spilsbury calls herself ?a mumbling mystic, a brilliant fool, a savant

Rev. Brian Keneipp is the Executive Director of The Aetherius Society,
founded by Dr. George King, which continues to use his tools and wisdom to
help heal and raise humanity to better understand and weather the
approaching shift, for example the mystical text known as Twelve Blessings.
Marza Millar explains her background as ?Owner of Ancient Visions in Grass
Valley, California, and an anthropologist and a Shamanic practitioner. My
father was Shamanic practitioner so I was raised with and around indigenous
people all my life. I taught Hawaiiana at the University of Hilo but I never
spent anytime with a trained native Hawaiian Shamanic practitioner until
1994 when I began studying with Aka Pule, Hawaiian Spiritual Guide and
decedent of a high priest lineage. My goal is to build a bridge from Hawaii
to the Mainland to bring knowledge from an ancient people in how to live in
balance and harmony with ourselves and our world.
