Sat. OCTOBER 20th from 9a-4p @ in Bird-In-Hand,PA. Funds raised will benefit the Antonio Forte Transplant Fund Trust thru PNC Bank. Arts & Craft Show/Halloween Festival-Games & Activities/Food/Live Music and More! Description Tony Forte is my 7 yr old son from Lancaster, PA who is suffering from Total Colonic Hirschsprung's Disease,a disease that debilitates the function of gastrointestinal tract. Tony is awaiting a complete stomach & intestinal transplant and the longer he waits a liver transplant. Funds raised from this fun-filled event will benefit the Antonio Forte Transplant Fund Trust and will be utilized by the Forte family to cover uninsured medical expenses associated with the transplant including travel, lodging,temporary housing,and meals as the family temporarily relocates to Pittsburgh for 6-12mos, that could exceed close to $ 2 million dollars, which is NOT covered by any insurance or Medicaid. The Forte family along with many local businesses,family and friends have been doing fundraisers effortlessly in their hopes that Tony will have a chance at a better quality of life.
