Fordham's football squad (1-1) competes against Cornell University (0-0) at Jack Coffey Field, the feature event of Fordham's annual Homecoming celebration. Led by first-year Head Coach Joe Moorhead, the Rams won their opener over Lock Haven, 55-0, on Aug. 30, then fell to perennial FCS power Villanova, 28-13, in Villanova, Pa., on Saturday, after leading 13-7 at halftime. Fordham senior Patrick Murray was named National Placekicker Player of the Week in each of the first two weeks.
