St. Pete Thunder Motorcycle Festival will feature ten bands performing live on the main entertainment stage sponsored by Skipper-s Smokehouse. Scheduled to take place the weekend of May 19th Noon?8pm & May 20th Noon?6pm at St. Pete Powersports located at 555 34th Street South St. Petersburg, FL 33711, the St. Pete Thunder Motorcycle Festival will transform St. Pete Powersports into rockin- destination of music, motorcycles, art, and non-stop entertainment! This indoor/outdoor celebration will draw motorcycle enthusiasts and event-goers from all over the Tampa Bay area. Live music will be taking place on the main stage sponsored by Skipper-s Smokehouse with musical performances by The Hot Rod Hornets, Betty Lou Fox, Steve Arvey, Soul Circus Cowboys, Thomas Wynn and the Believers, and hip hop artist LK OK. The St. Pete Thunder Motorcycle Festival also offers a smorgasbord of tasty food, including cuisine from Jimmy Meatballs & Hott Mess. Sunday May 20th? The excitement will carry into the second day of the festival, which will begin at noon on Sunday. With latest and greatest toys, Florida-s top notch vendors will feature the hottest apparel, gear, bikes and parts in the industry. Attendees can also continue to enjoy live band performances on the main event stage or listen to a mix of top 40 and Latin hits presented by a local DJ in the indoor lounge. Event goers will also have a chance to try a variety of good eats from local favorites. Sunday will be filled with great music, with performances by Moonsnakes, Sweet Spot, Jeremy Thomas Band, and The Gerry Williams Band. Proceeds from the festival will benefit Gulf Coast Giving, a local non-profit organization whose mission is to provide computer equipment to underserved schools and other non profits and to encourage volunteer efforts within the community.
