Named in honor of community activist Joel Bloom (1948-2007), the free festival celebrates all things a-bloomin- in the Downtown Arts District ? art, music, eateries, and even the environment! Activities complement the neighborhood-s rotating outdoor gallery of murals and street art. Save the date! Saturday, July 21 @ 2-10 PM!
