Melodia! South American Music Festival

The Melodia! South American Music Festival in Brazil and Argentina features youth choir performances by individual choirs with their own directors in Brazil, as well as combined choir performances with an orchestra conducted by the Guest Conductor in Argentina. Other activities include cultural exchanges with local students and music ensembles, a Latin American music workshop, and exceptional sightseeing and outreach opportunities in Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires. Performance venues have included the Teatro Argentino in La Plata, the word-famous Teatro Colón Opera House in Buenos Aires as well as the beautiful Candelária Church in Rio de Janeiro and the Crystal Palace at the Petrópolis Winter Music Festival.
