LearningRx Houston Central to host Community Autism Forum Feb. 16

WHEN: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16
WHAT: LearningRx Houston Central, a brain-training center for children, teens and adults, will host a Community Autism Resources Forum at Congregation Brith Shalom. The public is invited and admission is free.
The Forum is designed to share resources and raise awareness about autism. The condition affects one in every 110 children, according to Autism Speaks, the nation-s largest autism science and advocacy organization.
Special guests Phil and Amy Parham, stars of NBC-s ?The Biggest Loser? and parents of an autistic child, will share their experiences living with the diagnosis. Representatives and companies will be present to offer resources that can assist families affected by autism.
