About this festival
Lots of music in the spectacular mountain setting in Mammoth Lakes, CA. One of the best ski resorts in the country becomes a music mecca in the summer. One of the first events is the Mammoth Jazz event-a large variety of Jazz-Big Band, Zydeco, swing,Dixie, and even a little 50's-60's R & R thrown in. Family fun for all ages. Dance floors, food & drink available for purchase, and of course; lots of souvenirs. Mardi Gras party on Friday night and Sat. night features the Big Band. Come up & enjoy "Jazz with altitude". 8 venues all around town-in tents and some indorr locations too.
