Downtown Festival & Art Show

Celebrate a creative blend of art, music and culture at the 29th Annual Downtown Festival & Art Show on November 6 and 7 in historic downtown Gainesville. Become immersed in a stunning collection of works by more than 250 of the nation-s finest artists. Artists will sell vibrant watercolors, unique sculptures, dazzling jewelry, decorative ceramics and vivid photography. Enjoy continuous, live entertainment on three stages throughout the weekend. The festival kicks off on Friday, November 5, at 7 p.m with the Downtown Blues Concert, featuring soulful sounds presented by the North Central Florida Blues Society. Children can move to their own beat at the Imagination Station, a free, hands-on art activity area, and parents can start their holiday shopping at one of the top fine art shows in the nation.
