About this festival

As a venerable institution, the Black Church was once at the center of Black life and the Civil Rights movement. However, with a variety of competing religious experiences and the growing diversity of the Black community in the 21st Century, what is the central role of the Black Church? Join moderator Reverend Flora Wilson Bridges, PhD and a panel of religious leaders for an enlightening and engaging discussion around the relevancy of the Black Church in Seattle and beyond.
