Howl-O-Ween in Booo-tiful Downtown Burbank

It-s a Howl-oween celebration with free treats for kids and a costume pet parade for dogs! Parents are invited to bring their little monsters for an early evening of store-to-store trick-or-treating before the bigger ghosts come out. Downtown Burbank merchants will provide free treats from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. The core area for this outdoor trick-or-treat celebration will be on San Fernando Boulevard between Magnolia Boulevard and Angeleno. Pet owners are encouraged to bring along their costumed K-9 for the 2nd Annual Downtown Dog Parade that starts at 6:00 P.M.on the AMC Walkway at San Fernando Boulevard and Palm Avenue. Owners are asked to register on-site by 5:30 P.M. on October 31. All well-behaved pets are welcome. Dogs must wear leashes. Downtown Burbank-s Halloween festivities are free and open to the public.
