About this festival
The 35th Annual Pork Peanut & Pine Festival will be held July 17th and 18th from 10am to 5pm. It celebrates the agriculture and small town simplicity of Surry, VA at Chippokes Plantation State Park. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy two full days of local entertainment to include a parade at noon on Saturday. We will be having our 1st annual BBQ cook off this year along with free petting zoo and kid-s corner, lots of arts & crafts, wonderful food vendors. Admission is $5.00 per person 12 and under are free.
