The 8th Annual New Jersey State Ice Cream Festival

11am-5pm rain or shine Ice cream lovers rejoice! The festival brings ice cream parlors from throughout the state to compete for the title of New Jersey-s best in Downtown Toms River. Fun for the whole family, with games, rides, and food and best of all, ice cream tasting. Tasting kits available for a small fee. New this year is a children-s coloring contest pre-event, with winners announced at festival.
