The Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District is sponsoring their second Cape Cod Fine Arts Festival on the beautiful Village Green, Main Street Downtown Hyannis in the Town of Barnstable, Massachusetts. Hyannis is the commercial "Capital of the Cape".
