Saturday, October 10, 2009 Behind the Mask: The Woman Who Outshone the Sun On Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m., the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting Behind the Mask, as they perform The Woman Who Outshone the Sun, a bilingual play about tolerance, forgiveness, and the ecosystem. During the performance, students will participate in the show and learn a dance from Guatemala. This special performance is part of the Kennedy Library-s Celebrate! series for children and families, highlighting America-s rich cultural diversity through the arts. It will be held on Saturday, October 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the Stephen Smith Center at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Columbia Point, Boston. The free Celebrate! series is made possible through the generous support of the Citizens Bank Foundation and Highland Street Foundation.
