About this festival
One of Hawaii's most popular cultural events, the annual Okinawan Festival, will return to Kapiolani Park over the Labor Day weekend. Enjoy a weekend of delicious Okinawan and local foods, learn about Okinawan culture and history and play games. At Kapiolani Park bandstand, enjoy live performances by several of Okinawa's favorite entertainers and by Hawaii's own Okinawan music, dance and karate schools and clubs. Fun for all ages.
