Sunday Afternoon in the Park

Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Jerry Eversole is hosting the 17th annual Sunday Afternoon in the Park, a family festival, Sunday, October 18, 2009 from noon to 5 p.m. at Burroughs Park, 9738 Hufsmith, near Tomball. A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, October 25 with the same hours. This free event takes place at one of Harris County-s beautiful recreational areas. Festival activities include musical entertainment, carnival games, wildlife exhibits, clowns, a magician, face painting, hayrides, nature tours, and fishing.
