ROCKIN? BLUES BENEFIT CONCERT & BBQ for FRANKIE FLORA

KICKING HORSE GRILL 17 Pease Avenue, Southport, CT www.thekickinghorsegrill.com On April 16th, 2009, 5-year-old Frankie Flora of Wappingers Falls suffered a horrific Pit Bull attack for which he received upwards of 1,000 stitches for 80 to 100 lacerations on his face and scalp. The attack has left him dreadfully maimed and in need of extensive hospitalization and continuous surgeries. The tri-state NY music community, assembled by Westchester Blues artist, Roxy Perry, (New York Blues Queen), is presenting a benefit concert to raise funds to cover Frankie-s extensive medical expenses. The benefit concert, barbeque and raffle will take place at the Kicking Horse Grill in Southport Connecticut on June 28th, starting at 3:00 p.m. An outstanding array of artists has signed on the performance roster. All artists- performances will be 100% donated, as will the Kicking Horse venue for the duration of the event. The Raffle's Grand Prize is a custom-made OLD MOON GUITAR, built and donated by luthier, Ray Redniss especially for the benefit. Many more great raffle prizes have been generously donated by musicians, as well as community businesses from the Tri-state area.
