Prater's Mill Country Fair

The Prater-s Mill Country Fair is a legendary North Georgia outdoor folk festival held at historic Prater-s Mill near Dalton, GA. The event features Southern foods, artists, working craftsmen and Appalachian style musicians and dancers. The country fair is a featured destination on the National Geographic Geotourism Mapguide of Appalachia-s hidden wealth. It is always held on the second full weekend in October.
