Flyin or drive in to this 29th annual celebration of aviation at the Anoka County Airport ? ?Janes Field? in Blaine. This is an annual Pancake Breakfast and Lunch sponsored by EAA Chapter 237 and an evening Hangar Dance held Saturday night at Golden Wings Museum featuring a 14 piece swing band, period dress is encouraged. Helicopter rides, Homebuilt, vintage and warbird aircraft on display. Golden Wings Museum featuring beautifully restored vintage airplanes, and American Wings Air Museum featuring a variety of reconnaissance planes and warbirds are on the field and open for touring. Model airplane demonstrations and displays. Pancake Breakfast & Lunch: Hosted by local EAA Chapter 237 - Breakfast 7am to Noon - Lunch Noon to 4pm Two Museums Open: Both the American Wings Air Museum and Golden Wings Museum will be open for viewing. Hangar Dance: An evening Hangar Dance will be held at Golden Wings Museum Saturday evening from at 8pm to Midnight featuring ?Dave Andrew-s Big Band?. $10-Adults, $6 students 13-17, Kids under 12 free. This year-s event will take place mostly at the south end of the airport by Golden Wings Museum, Aircraft & Car parking will be available for all who attend. This Fly-in/Drive-in event will be held at no cost to the public ? but asking for a parking donation
