Daily Wine Tasting at Hotel Charlotte in Groveland on the way to Yosemite starts on Saturday, March 28th from 11:30am on, enjoy a fine selection of wines, enjoy snacks, lunch, or dinner, add a room for the night and enjoy Yosemite too. We start the program featuring 6 of our favorite Sierra Foothills wines. Each tasting is $3 which comes off the price of a bottle should you find one you would like to purchase. Also available will be a variety of snacks for purchase changing as the whim strikes Victor. He will likely feature a salad and sandwich of the day, our award winning chili or pita & humus. Nice light selections. Our wine hosts have been selected for their passion for Yosemite and their breadth of experience with all parts of the park enables them to advise travelers of all levels of expertise. Not only are wine prices discounted from our dinner menu, but corkage fees will also be waived if you later decide to join us for dinner. Event qualifies for Hotel Charlotte Stay & Play special package, through April 30th you can add a room before or after (or both!) your day or evening of wine tasting for only $89 plus tax, includes scrambled egg & pancake buffet breakfast in room rate, free parking, WiFi & guest computer, coffee & tea self service.
